Once you have ordered your sizing kit, to determine the sizes and shapes you like, you’re ready to place an order.

Orders open every Thursday Afternoon at 5 PM est on a first come first serve basis. You must message me directly on instagram or send me an email (orders@sagenailsbylene.com) with your order request, this must include your design request, nail shape, nail sizes and base color preference (please include any and all relevant pictures or drawings for your order). Once orders are filled for the week, orders will be closed until the following Thursday.

Sizing kits are required for all new customers. Your sizing kit will include 1 nail in each size of the shape and length you ordered. All shapes run on different sizing, however one complimentary sizing kit comes with the purchase of any first set. Make sure you are sizing on your natural nails and doing each nail individually. Sizing policy:

The client is responsible to make sure the size is correct. In each sizing kit, there is every size provided in the style nail they choose. 

Every shape is recommended to have a sizing kit ordered since I carry multiple nail tip brands.

With using liquid glue please remember that with proper application they are meant to last at least 2 weeks, do not try to remove glued on nails anytime before 10 days.

Every order of SAGE Nails by Lene comes with a complimentary application kit that includes liquid nail glue, sponge buffer, alcohol pad, and cuticle pusher.

With proper prep and application SAGE Nails by Lene can last 14+ days with liquid glue. They are reusable with proper removal and care on average up to 4 times.

Once package is scanned into carrier system SAGE Nails by Lene is not responsible for the package

Please understand that all returned packages will be required to pay for shipping again. Each order will be shipped out the following Friday.

Do you offer Refunds?

There are no refunds for sizing errors or lost packages.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these apply, please send a message to sagenailsbylene@gmai.com with photos of wrong/damaged items.

Can I exchange my order?

I do not offer exchanges at this time. Make sure you order your sizing kits so that you don't have to worry about guessing what size you are! Although it is rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know at sagenailsbylene@gmail.com.

Customers who have sensitivities or allergies should consult a healthcare professional before using the product. Nail Damage: can occur with improper application, removal, or maintenance of gel nails. with this can lead to nail damage, including weakening, thinning, brittleness, or peeling. Please be sure to follow the proper application and removal process and to never apply products to damaged nails.
